Hi,
when i work with a mirrored sds object and convert it back to a mesh the mirror will be destroyed.
Can you change it so that the mirror remains intact?

what you want is to be able, when using 'effects->convert sds mesh to mesh' on a symmetrical sds mesh, to be able to keep the symmetrical attribute. Is that right ?
If so, I will add a popup, asking if the user wants to create a mesh or a symmetrical mesh.

Yes, that's what i want. Nice idea with the popup but just keep the symmetry.. If someone really wants the mesh without symmetry he can just disable symmetry before converting the sds mesh into a mesh. But it's up to you.
Btw. i posted about the actual beta at cgtalk. Maybe you get some attention.

Yes, you are right for the symmetical. Will do like this.
I notice this morning, when having a look at the statistics of the site. Thanks a lot.
