It will be good to have an SVG ( inskape ) import for the 2D close or not ( in fact i don't understand 2d close or not if we close manualy the other one ).
Interface could also be dxf or other well now.
Is it possible to have a 3D wall running around a 2D close curve.
Or having 2 3D curve with different morphology and making a rule surface to them
Like in 4wire edm machine. |

I will have a look for SVG and DXF... but they are complicated format, so only if I could find an external library.
For the 3D wall, create a Closed 2D curve, make a face of it, and then extrude it (in the face toolbox).
For the last one, there is the skin tool, taking a 3D curve and a 2D closed curve... Isn't it what you are looking for? otherwise, can you send me a screenshot or images of what you are looking for?
